SoBol Macro Calculator FAQ
SoBol publishes nutrition data for all their bowls and smoothies, but doesn't offer an interactive calculator for custom orders. This tool lets you build your exact SoBol order and instantly see the total calories, protein, carbs, and fat.
A 16oz SoBol acai bowl base contains 660 calories before toppings. A 32oz comes in at 1,110 calories. Toppings like granola (154 cal), peanut butter (180 cal), and nutella (200 cal) add up quickly — use the calculator above to see your exact total.
The Spirulina smoothie is the lightest option at 280 calories for 16oz. Mango Pineapple (290 cal) and The SB (320 cal) are the next lowest. The SB is worth considering if you want protein — 7g of protein at 320 calories for 16oz.
SoBol offers Whey Protein (22g protein, 70 calories) and Plant Protein (10g protein, 72 calories) as add-ins for both bowls and smoothies. Whey protein is the more efficient pick if hitting a protein target is the goal. Hemp seeds also add 4g of protein for just 17 calories.
SoBol bowls come in 8oz, 16oz, and 32oz. The 16oz is the standard order. The 32oz is roughly double the calories — the acai bowl goes from 660 to 1,110 calories between those two sizes. Use the size selector in the calculator to see the exact numbers for your size.
Most SoBol bowl and smoothie bases are vegan, including acai, pitaya, green, and mango pineapple. Honey and whey protein are not vegan — substitute agave for honey and plant protein instead of whey to keep the order fully plant-based.
Whey protein is the highest protein topping at 22g for 70 calories. Beyond that, granola adds 6g, almonds add 3g, and hemp seeds add 4g for just 17 calories. Hemp seeds are the most efficient protein-per-calorie topping on the menu.
