I'm Nick, a fitness enthusiast and data engineer based in North Florida.

BowlMacros started as a personal project — I was eating at SoFresh regularly and got tired of cross-referencing nutrition PDFs every time I wanted to know what my order actually added up to. So I built a calculator for that. Then kept going.

The site now covers 25+ fast-casual chains. Every calculator is built directly from the restaurant's own published nutrition data — no estimates, no third-party databases. When a chain updates their menu, I update the data. The goal is the fastest way to see exactly what you're eating before you order.
