It depends heavily on the dish. Lighter options like Pasta Fresca (660 cal regular) and Japanese Pan Noodles (640 cal) are on the lower end. Heavier dishes like Pad Thai (1040 cal), Buffalo Chicken Ranch Mac (1380 cal), and Steak Stroganoff (1220 cal) are on the higher end. Ordering a Small cuts the calories roughly in half for most dishes.
The Chicken Noodle Soup side is 120 calories. Among full entrées, the Mediterranean Chicken Salad at 430 calories and 36g of protein is the lightest option with real protein. Japanese Pan Noodles Small (320 cal) and Pasta Fresca Small (330 cal) are the lowest-calorie pasta options.
