A slice of Giordano's signature Deep Dish ranges from roughly 432 calories (Fresh Spinach, small) to 705 calories (Bacon BBQ Chicken, large). A Deep Dish Cheese slice is 482 cal (small), 469 cal (medium), or 514 cal (large). Thin Crust slices run much lighter — Thin Cheese is 165–168 cal per slice. Extra Thin crust is the lightest format across the menu. Extra Thin Classic Margherita is 94–103 cal per slice. Extra Thin Cheese is 101–113 cal per slice. Extra Thin Chicken Pesto and Spinach/Artichoke/Feta are also under 135 cal per slice. Skip Deep Dish and Oversized Thin if you're tracking calories — those run 2–5× heavier per slice.
Deep Dish Meat & More Meat is the top protein pick at 33–37g protein per slice depending on size. Deep Dish Bacon BBQ Chicken hits 54g protein per slice (small) and 40g (medium) — the small slice is denser. A whole large Deep Dish Meat & More Meat clocks 365g of protein.
