Dig is one of the better fast casual options for macro-conscious eaters. Most bowls are built from whole ingredients -- roasted vegetables, grains, and simply prepared proteins. Herb Roasted Chicken is only 170 calories for 24g protein, and lighter sides like Farm Greens (10 cal) and Tomatoes & Cucumbers (25 cal) make it easy to build a filling meal under 500 calories.
Several Dig items are naturally gluten-free including charred chicken, herb roasted chicken, seared wild salmon, brown rice, roasted sweet potatoes, and most vegetable sides.
